Know Your Pain Management Options

Pain is an unpleasant feeling that can occur in any part of the body. It is experienced after an injury and inflammation. Make sure you perform physical exercises under the supervision of a physical therapist. Avoid performing rigorous exercises like heavy weight lifting. Stretching exercise is one of the best ways to enhance mobility and flexibility.

Massage Therapy

Gentle massage on the affected region stimulates the blood flow, providing oxygen and nutrients. Massage therapy can play a great role in treating various types of pain.

There are certain limitations of using painkiller medications, speak to your GP about them. Use medicines as directed by the medical advisor and do not exceed the prescribed dose.
